Lighting Filter Gel

Light Filters are used to select wavelengths ‘colours’ of light by excluding all but a limited set of wavelengths; Filters are rated by type and wavelength in nanometers.

With a stock holding of over 200 different colours it is not always easy to find the exact colour required. To help we have added a colour swatch as a search engine, click on the colour required to show the colours in that range, for a less defined choice click on the sheet listing the colour. Finally selecting a particular filter will show its uses and wavelength.
Appart from Colour Gels there are Filters for Conversion, Correction, Frost, Diffusion, Protection and Reflection.

Common sheet size ‘A’ 122cm x 53cm (48 x 21 inches) supplied in a roll. Full rolls 122cm x 7.62M (48inches x 25 feet) are available in every colour, for space, only the primary colours are shown on this site.
In addition to rolls we have a choice of pre-cut filter packs for Par 36, 56 and 64 lanterns as well as filters for fluorescent tubes.
